Creative Pixel prides itself on efficiency, with most design requests being completed within 48 hours. However, more complex projects may require additional time to ensure the highest quality outcome.

At Creative Pixel, you'll have access to a team of skilled designers led by our founder, Harm Singh. For specialized projects, such as animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with a network of talented partner designers to meet all your needs.

Understanding that design needs can fluctuate, Creative Pixel allows you to pause your subscription. This means if you sign up and use our service for a part of the billing cycle, you can pause and retain the remaining days for future use, offering unmatched flexibility.

Our team primarily uses Figma for most design projects, ensuring high-quality, professional outcomes for all your branding and design needs.

Creative Pixel utilizes Trello to streamline the design request process, offering flexibility in how you submit your projects. Whether you prefer to communicate directly within Trello, share Google Docs, wireframes, or even record a brief video explanation, we accommodate all. If your request can be linked to or shared within Trello, it's fair game for us. This method ensures your design needs are clearly understood and efficiently managed from start to finish.

While Creative Pixel covers a wide range of design services, there are certain areas we do not specialize in, such as 3D modeling, extensive print design, and complex packaging. This focus allows us to excel in branding, logo design, and social media content.

No worries at all! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If the design doesn't meet your expectations, we're committed to making it right. We offer unlimited revisions, meaning we'll continue to refine and revise the design until you're completely satisfied with the result. Our goal is for you to love the final design as much as we love creating it for you.
